You will need:
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oat
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanila extract
- 1 table spoon of honey
- pinch of salt
- AS A TOPPING dates and nuts (ANYTHING YOU LIKE)
Start with mixing all the ingredients together in your food processor.
Here we have oat with bananas we can now add eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, honey, salt and mix all together.
Choose your designated tray and poor in. Finally add into mixture your chosen toppings. It can be anything you want. I added dates and walnuts. When done put in oven on 180º for 30-40 minutes.
Here we go ready to eat!
