If I don’t treat myself with breakfast outside, I try to eat as healthiest I can.
My typical base for breakfast would start with oat and coconut milk.
I love coconut milk because it gives extra sweetness to my breakfast.
My go to is to add chia seeds, dates, banana, nuts, maca and collagen powder, that’s my base.
I like to change it up sometimes and add mix of other nuts. These has been my favourite so far.
pecans, chia seeds, cranberry, dates, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and other mix seeds
